Description
Hello! I'm Mariel, a free spirit from the northern part of México.
Over the past 10 years, I've focused all my energy and creativity on building my cake shop. We were open for 10 years until I realized it was no longer aligned with my values, and it didn't make sense to make products I couldn't eat. I'm now learning how to make ice cream and pastries that don't require animal products.
After closing the shop, I decided to embrace the things I enjoy the most: traveling to gain inspiration, trying new fruits and spices, sharing new recipes and flavors, and connecting with others through my hands and food. Playing drums, immersing myself in nature, dancing, practicing acroyoga, and embarking on bicycle rides or mountain hikes bring me true joy.
I'm fluent in Spanish and English and currently navigating the journey of learning French. If I can share any of this with you, I'd be more than happy. I'm 33 years old and I love chocolate . Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!

¡Hola! Soy Mariel, un alma libre del norte de México.
Durante los últimos 10 años, he dedicado toda mi energía y creatividad a construir mi pastelería. Estuvimos abiertos durante 10 años hasta que me di cuenta de que ya no estaba alineada con mis valores y no tenía sentido hacer productos que no podía comer. Ahora estoy aprendiendo a hacer helados y pasteles que no requieran productos animales.
Después de cerrar la pastelería, decidí dedicarme a las cosas que más disfruto: viajar para ganar inspiración, probar nuevas frutas y especias, compartir nuevas recetas y sabores, y conectarme con otras personas a través de mis manos y la comida. Tocar la batería, sumergirme en la naturaleza, bailar, practicar acroyoga y emprender paseos en bicicleta o caminatas por la montaña me traen verdadera alegría.
Hablo español e inglés con fluidez y actualmente estoy aprendiendo francés. Si puedo compartir algo de esto contigo, estaré más que feliz. Tengo 33 años y de vez en cuando disfruto de una copa de vino, especialmente con pizza al horno de leña.
