I'm a private chef with over 25 years of experience. At this point in my life, I've decided to take a break to reconnect with what inspires me most.

I want to return to a simpler, more mindful lifestyle: being in touch with nature, cooking with local and seasonal produce, spending time with people, discovering new cultures, and learning different ways of living sustainably. The sea is an important part of that connection for me, and I'm currently preparing to obtain my PER (Spanish recreational boat skipper's license).

I currently develop websites and applications using artificial intelligence, with a focus on time and data management systems. This isn't limited to kitchens: I can apply these tools to any type of project or activity that requires organization, process optimization, and time and data control. I'm constantly learning and can help with documentation, content creation, and automation to make projects run more efficiently.

I'd also like to use this time to continue improving my English, meet people from different countries, and have an enriching exchange experience for everyone involved.

I believe the best experiences happen when everyone contributes their knowledge with enthusiasm, respect, and a desire to learn.

Me gusta aprender cualquier cosa que me parezca interesante, así estoy entretenida toda la vida. Me gusta escuchar, me gusta hacer creer que no hay nada imposible, solo tarda un poco más.
