I'm a Private Chef with over 25 years of experience, specialising in plant-based cooking and dietary restrictions, and at this point in my life I've decided to take a pause to reconnect with what inspires me most.

I want to return to a simpler, more conscious way of living: staying close to nature, cooking with local, seasonal produce, sharing time with people, discovering new cultures, and learning different ways of living sustainably. The sea is an important part of that connection for me, and I'm currently preparing for my PER (Spanish recreational boat skipper licence), which I expect to complete in early 2027.

I'm motivated by the chance to contribute to ecotourism projects, regenerative agriculture, permaculture, or any initiative committed to caring for the environment. I enjoy working as part of a team, and I'm organised, responsible, and quick to adapt to new tasks.

I'm currently building websites and applications using Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on time- and data-management systems. This isn't limited to kitchens — I can bring these tools to any kind of project or activity that needs organisation, process optimisation, and control of time and data. I'm always learning, and I can help with documentation, content creation, and automation, so projects can run more efficiently.

I'd also like to use this stage to keep improving my English, meet people from different countries, and have an enriching exchange experience for both sides.

I believe the best experiences happen when each person brings what they know how to do with enthusiasm, respect, and a willingness to learn.
