Hi,

I‘m Maja, 35 from Germany and currently planning my trip to Canada on a Working Holiday Visa. I spent the last two years travelling around Australia and I look forward to beginning a new chapter in Canada.
I love the outdoors, exploring new spots, meeting new people, camping, cooking, reading.. I‘m very open minded and I’m very curious what Workaway has in store for me. (I already have experience with housesits and gardening.)
I‘m very tidy, well-organized, have a hands-on approach - and I love good banter.

Although I have a background in communications (worked in the entertainment industry for 12 years), I have practical skills (I‘m good at assembling furniture and painted some appartments of friends every now and then) and also some gardening skills, so I don’t shy away from practical and physical work.
I have experience with house and pet sits - I‘d love to have a dog one day :)

And I love languages - unfortunately I‘m just fluent in English but I learned some French and Russian in school and I wanna learn some more Swedish one day.
