Description
Hi there! I’m a professional carpenter with years of experience running my own business, but I’ve decided to trade the workshop walls for the great outdoors and global connections. For me, woodworking isn't just a job—it’s a way to connect with people and contribute to something meaningful.
My Philosophy
I am a firm believer that everyone is a teacher. Whether you are eight or eighty, a fellow pro or a total beginner, I believe we all have something to learn from one another. My favorite projects are those born from diverse teams where different perspectives and backgrounds collide to create something truly unique.
What I Bring to the Table
• Professional Expertise: Extensive experience in woodworking, structural timber, and creative problem-solving.
• A Helping Hand: I’m happy to lead a build, assist with renovations, or simply maintain your property.
• Curiosity: I am deeply interested in alternative lifestyles, sustainable living, and different cultures.
• Work Ethic: I take pride in my craft and love seeing a project through to a beautiful finish.
My "Must-Haves" (They’re pretty simple!)
I don’t need much to be happy. My ideal setup doesn't involve luxury—give me a hammock under the stars and a group of open-minded people, and I’m home. I value:
1. Authentic Connection: Sharing stories and meals with kind souls.
2. Nature: I prefer the rustle of trees to the hum of an air conditioner.
3. Growth: I’m here to learn just as much as I am to teach.
"I’m looking for more than just a place to stay; I’m looking for experiences that broaden my horizon and projects that challenge my hands and heart."
If you have a project that needs a bit of sawdust and a lot of passion—or if you just have a great spot to hang a hammock—I’d love to hear from you! -

More details about your skills
I’ve basically lived on construction sites since I was 12 years old. Growing up in the trades gave me a foundation you just can't get from a textbook. While I’ve worked across many different crafts, I’ve spent the last 15 years specializing in wood. In 2018, I opened my own small joinery where I focus on crafting unique, solid wood furniture and evolving my techniques with every single piece.
I’m a versatile worker who can bridge the gap between fine joinery and heavy carpentry. Whether it’s building a custom interior table, framing an outdoor structure, or managing a busy construction site, I’m in my element.
One of the things that keeps me inspired is the "collective" spirit. I’m at my best when I’m part of a diverse team where nobody is looking down on anyone else. For me, a great workspace is one where equality and autonomy are the standard. I love the energy of a crew where everyone knows their craft and respects one another! :) -

What else ...
Beyond the workshop and the construction site, I’m someone who finds joy in the simple, meaningful aspects of life. I believe that a good day’s work should be balanced with good food, movement, and a bit of reflection.
I love to cook! For me, there is nothing better than sharing a meal at the end of the day. I’m always curious about new flavors and love the exchange of stories that happens around a dinner table.
Whether it’s through sports or just a long hike, being in nature is my way of recharging. I have a deep respect for the environment, which ties back into how I work with wood.
I love Art and i like to be creative to free my mind. Paintings, sculptures, photos and prints!
I’m always eager to learn about local arts and different ways of living and thinking.
I practice meditation and value moments of quiet. While I’m a very social person who thrives in a diverse group, I’m also very comfortable in my own company. I appreciate the peace of a quiet morning and respect the personal space of others.
Traveling for me isn't just about seeing places; it's about the people. I’m here to learn from different lifestyles and perspectives. I believe everyone you meet has something to teach you. -

My time at the mill was absolutely fantastic, and I learned so much during my stay. Tom and his wife are incredibly warm, likable, and truly impressive people. I also have to mention their dog, who brings the absolute perfect mix of playful energy and cuddle mode!
