Hi! I am Linda.
Born in Germany but I made the UK my permanent home 13 years ago.
Last year, I quit my career in online marketing in London for a change of scenery. I am now travelling Europe with my dog Koji, currently by car but very soon we will be moving into my converted VW T3 bus Wilma.
I love making things with my hands and being outside - cooking, baking, woodwork ( I have built all the furniture for my bus), planting, climbing trees, swimming are some of my favourite ways to pass time.
I also really enjoy meeting new people and finding out about their life stories and passions.
I would love to learn more about permaculture and herbalism over the next few months. And I am on a quest to perfect my sourdough baking, so if you know how to make the perfect loaf please teach me:)

Cooking/ Baking - Food is an expression of love for me and I love cooking and baking for others. While I am not vegan myself, I do cook vegan meals a lot of the time.
Gardening - I grew up in a house with a large vegetable garden and I've spent the past 3 years growing veggies on my London terrace. I'm especially keen to learn more about permaculture gardening and food forests.
Woodwork - I love building things with my hands and I have recently built the furniture for my van conversion. While I am certainly no expert, I'd like to think that I am pretty handy and can pick up new skills quickly.
Painting - I love re-decorating and I've done quite a bit of painting and wallpapering work
Pet sitting - I have owned a dog for 5 years now and I volunteered in a dog shelter in the past
Language skills - German is my native language and I have lived in the UK for 13 years
Oh, and I do have a car if that helps. And I've got 13 years of experience working in online marketing...

Here's a list of things that make me happy:
Driving with the windows down, walking barefoot, paying attention to small things, working with my hands covered in soil (or dough:), the feeling of being hungry you only ever experience after a day spent outside, Kimchi, live music, things that aren't perfect, yoga, reading 5 books at a time, dancing, swimming in cold water
