Description
Hello! I am an Aussie thats been living in Nicaragua for 18 months now along with my 1 year old monster marshmallow Italian mastiff Jake. I've finally got my luxurious, chic beachfront hotel up and running successfully! It includes five units and a wonderful open common area including a swimming pool, hammocks, a day bed, and plenty of lounging area. Now that my property is up and running, I am looking to take some breaks to vacation elsewhere myself!

Jakes is a highly dynamic, unique and beautiful hotel that seems to attract the very people to help it organically grow in a way that benefits both myself, the hotel, guests and those that are here. This holistic, caring and creative process is very important to me and the ethos of the hotel.

I am hoping to find someone trustworthy to look after my property along with my staff, assist with guests, answer inquiries from guests, and ensure general upkeep is being kept. Intermediate Spanish is a big asset. My staff here are very capable, though I would like someone to provide some general oversight to ensure everything continues to run smoothly and our guests continue to have uniquely wonderful experiences. We have just begun investing in our social media page so value highly any volunteers that are trained and/or passionate in this area.

Modern studio apartment on property, including queen bed, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Breakfast will be provided 5 days/week and an allowance of $50/week to assist with other meals. Meals are available from under $3 with a range of other options and cuisines.

We generally have good reliable internet at Jakes (This is central America!) with no complaints from guests but if you require guaranteed connections with high speed you may struggle.
Space for parking camper vans
This host can provide space for campervans.
Can possibly accept pets
We have a very friendly dog onsite and welcome other dogs that are socialized . The comfort and safety of our guests is paramount so if your dogs bite they will have to leave. Sorry no cats allowed.
