Hellooo! I am an energetic, and adventurous, nature lover and I’ll give anything a go!

I grew up in the Australian sun in the country, by the sea, so I have always been interested in anything to do with nature, whether that’s hiking, camping, farming, cooking food from scratch, meeting new, fun, interesting people, I love it all! Maybe for this reason I am really passionate about sustainability! As a student at university I always wanted to travel to other countries and help in communities but I never had the funds. Now after several years, working in Germany, Im ready for another adventure and to get back to nature and helping others!

So for me, I would love to bring these skills to like minded people to make a difference!

Here’s an list of skills I have that might be of interest (there’s a huge variation!)
- I am a native English speaker and have taught primary school children english!
- labourer (arborist, stain glass windows, cleaner, can drive a tractor, know how to use power tools etc)
- I can cook!
- I love dogs and have dog/cat/house sat for many years
- I’ve worked at a small farm and raised baby animals
- I can ride horses
- I’m an engineer!
- I can braid hair… all of the kids I used to babysit can tell you that!
- I know my way around a sewing machine
- I can paint whether that be a house, a picture or the side of a building
- I can knit you a massive blanket!
- I can tell you a lot about Australian wine
- I can’t sing… not very well anyway!

What else ...

I try to live as sustainably as possible which means eating mostly plant based diet unless the dairy/meat is coming straight from a farm to my plate! This is kind of my outlook on everything in life, a work/life balance, learning/teaching, exercise/rest and fun/reflection. I am always looking to learn more about permaculture and natural living… my dream is to live on a fully off grid plot of land one day where I can grow my own food and share it with my community! Until then I am in love with travelling and seeing how everyone else lives :)
