Hello! My name is Lexi Eckman. I’m from Novi, Michigan. I have done 5 previous work trade programs (Farm & City) and plenty of travel! I’ve always had a love for exploring and would definitely consider myself a people person. I enjoy being able to assist someone in a home project etc.. I am always trying to add to my skill set and experiences no matter how large or small the project may be. I am very involved in my home community! I spend time with my neighbors and family when I can. My family also runs a cattle ranch in Missouri so I have some knowledge on the livestock industry. I also devote my free time to artistic hobbies as well. This includes Scrapbooking, pottery, jewelry making (spoon rings, starting a business), sewing, and journaling. My past work positions include: Yacht Support Staff, House and Pet Sitter, Food Service Manager and Spa/Salon Receptionist. I currently work as a personal assistant to my next door neighbor and pursue many side hustle/gigs as well. I’m traveling around to different farms/businesses not only for the adventure and fun (also making connections!) but also to study on what I will personally integrate into my family farm when I inherit it down the line. With big interest in other Livestock/Agriculture and Building/Rental. I can assure you I am a very hard worker and my time with you be well spent. Thank you for taking the time to read this :)
