Description
I have done 12 hour+ shift work for 30 years and am taking some time out to travel as much of the world as I can.
I am adventurous and fit and looking for new experiences.
Most recently I have lived and worked abroad for 6 years, I can work in a team or alone. I am able to adapt to numerous situations and will just get on with it. I am calm and love being around animals.
I have done numerous housesits in the UK looking after a variety of animals including dogs, cats, sheep,Highland cattle, horses, goats,donkeys, alpacas,turkeys and ducks and chickens.
I have done 2 longer term sits in Laos with ponies and riding schools.
I am very trustworthy and consider myself to be hard working (if not always an early bird)

Hi I have been a front line Paramedic for 27 years and would like to take a step back and see the world from a different prospective.
I worked 6 years in Abu Dhabi, most recently as medical adviser for The Special Olympics, Equestrian division.
I am British horse society stage 2 , competent horsewoman, have previously been manager of a yard with 12 horses. I have been around horses all my life to various degrees.
Riding for disabled instructor for a number of years although not currently active.
I have a son and 2 grandchildren, I am good with children.
I have numerous other attributes and I am looking for new experiences and to learn new skills.
I am good at problem solving and will work alone or in a group
I DIY most things if I can, tiled my own bathroom and built my kitchen (with help)
I am interested in Organic living and various other things, am still very active, although sometimes Im a bit achy but its through lack of use only .

I have travelled quite a lot during my time, I have done lots of adventures, jumped out of a plane and swam with sharks and a whole host of stuff inbetween. I am a keen horsewoman and cyclist and like long walks in beautiful countryside. skiing and snow activities also.
I have recently retired from work and I have decided to travel now for as long as I can, I want to expand my horizons and can pretty much muck in with anything you require.
