In particular I would love the opportunity to work (assist/teach) at an English language school or at a winery learning about and hosting wine tastings etc.
I am focused on Tuscany/Puglia/Calabria areas for the rest of this year.
Bonus point if its close to the sea 🥰

My name is Krysten, lovely to e-meet you :)
I'm a calm, nature loving Aussie that decided it was time for a sea change in September last year. I swapped sun soaked beaches for snow covered mountains and have spent the past 10 months living in the valtellina area of northern Italy. My Nonno was originally from this area and I have had the privilege of living in our ancestral home in the mountains and re-connecting with cousins and family. It has been a very special experience.
Back home, I spent as much time as possible camping along the south west coast and swimming at every beach I found.
I love walking through forests or along beaches and nothing makes me happier than spending time with friends and family.
I love meditating, yoga, reading and learning new things and sharing skills with others. I enjoy learning about astrology, preparing cacao ceremonies and sometimes practising Reiki. I adore learning about new cultures.
One of my goals while in Italy is to enroll in a certified wine education course. I absolutely love wine and would really like to be formally educated in it.

Since moving, I have been regularly looking after a 1 year old for the last 10 months in Italy 3 days a week. I absolutely adore it! It is so beautiful watching children learn and grow :)
I currently work a few hours a week (less than 10) remotely from Australia at the moment with extremely flexible hours. I do payroll, HR and administrative work.
Prior to moving over to Italy I was a Store and Operations Manager for retail shops, leading large teams of 40+ people. I loved my job!
