Hello! My name is Joe, and I am from Japan.

My dream is to open a place in my hometown of Fukushima that combines a craft brewery with a care facility for older adults. I hope to create a place where people can connect through beer and support the local community.

Before becoming a brewer, I worked as an occupational therapist in a hospital for three years, helping patients with their daily lives and rehabilitation. After that, I decided to follow my passion and became a craft brewer.

For the past three years, I have been creating beers based on my own recipes, focusing on creativity, balance, and quality. I came to Germany because I have great respect for German beer culture. I would like to learn not only about brewing techniques, but also about the lifestyle, traditions, and values surrounding beer.

My hobbies include hiking, foraging for wild plants and mushrooms, and reading. I enjoy spending time in nature and discovering new things.

I am eager to learn, open-minded, and hardworking. I believe my positive attitude and willingness to help will allow me to connect well with people from different backgrounds.

I have experience as an occupational therapist, so I am patient, responsible, and good at supporting people in daily life.
As a craft beer brewer, I have hands-on experience in brewing, cleaning, sanitation, and basic production processes. I am detail-oriented and used to working carefully and consistently.
I am also comfortable with physical work and enjoy working outdoors. I like tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and helping with general maintenance.
I am motivated, reliable, and always willing to learn new skills.

I believe I have more drive and curiosity than most. Although my language skills are limited and there are many areas where I fall short, I have enjoyed every job I’ve had so far and have always approached them with enthusiasm.
