Hey there,
We (Emily, 24 and Jan, 26) are currently traveling the East coast of Australia and looking for the next andventure.
We both describe ourselves as easy going and open minded. We are really interested in gardening and self sufficiency which we want to experience during our workaway.
We both grew up in the countryside and really appreciate the calm of nature.
As we have former experience in volunteering, we love the concept of workaway to share skills, experience, stories and good food.
Besides that we want to enjoy a lifestyle with less consumption and focus on fundamental things in life.
Emily spent the last month in Thailand and is now keen to start some projects and to gain new experiences. Meeting new people from different backgrounds and countries fulfills her in many ways.
Jan just finished his semester abroad studying Product Design at UTS Sydney and can't wait to explore other parts of the country. Apart from that he wants to gain knowledge about sufficient permaculture projects.
We'd be happy to become a part of your community/family and spend some quality time together.Interests

Both were really welcoming that’s why we felt comfortable right away!
The tasks were different every day (weeding, building a fence, tilling…) and spending much time outdoors on the property was great. Especially the chill out area on top of a hill was our personal highlight… read more
