Hello, I'm Johanna, live in Leipzig/Germany, have a 30 year old daughter and have been working as a freelance graphic designer and interior designer for 20 years. Last year I went on holiday to England several times and I would like to spend some time there to get to know the country and its people. With my laptop, a few pens and the internet, I can work very well from anywhere.

Now that the child is out of the house, I want to get to know other places and ways of life, have new experiences and maybe find a new favourite place. I am not a professional, but a passionate gardener with my own garden and a green thumb. In my childhood I spent a lot of time on my grandparents' farm and enjoyed looking after the animals.

Besides my work, which is also my great passion, I love music, from classical to jazz to rock, theatre, cinema, and I love to read. They also say I'm a pretty good cook.

I support regional environmental projects in the field of public relations and social projects, where I work with children and young people in creative workshops during the summer holidays.

I have a total of four completed professions. I started with an apprenticeship as a men's tailor in the theatre, with the aim of studying costume design. Later I did an apprenticeship as a decorator and studied interior design at the art academy (5 years - sounds a lot, but it's the standard period of study) and a two-year postgraduate course in graphic design.

During my studies I worked in various jobs. Childcare ... not just mine ..., teaching, sales, harvesting jobs etc.

Through my studies and my passion for interior design I have a craft talent and knowledge.

I create concepts for marketing and public relations and am also entrusted with their implementation.
I have very good computer and internet skills.

For several years I conducted and also taught creative workshops with children and young people.

The many years on my grandparents' farm were a good school in caring for animals (from pigs to sheep and rabbits to chickens) and managing a small farm (weeding, planting, harvesting).
