Exploring all that life has to offer. What makes me happy: Spending time in nature, moving, practice & share yoga, dance, meditate, a shot of adrenaline from time to time, adventure, doing/getting to know something new.

I live in a tiny house in the Netherlands during April-September. In winter I travel and live in different places. I have a company called "Into You Academy", all about consciousness, yoga, movement, nervous system healing, meditation, breath and much more. In summer I host days full of this in Holland and in Winter I organise journeys abroad.

Every summer I teach yogaclasses on the beach in the Netherlands. So I teach yoga, hold ceremonies (cacao, womancircles,etc), work with soundhealing and meditation. Big animal lover, real connection is very important to me with all beings, spend lots of time in nature. Very active, sportive, when there's a clear vision I support I love to work hard. Creative idea's, organising, getting my hands dirty. So gardening, animals (horses!), general maintance, taking care of beings (animals, humans) with all my love.
