Description
Hello, my name is Ingrid, I am 30 years old and I am originally from Scotland. I really enjoy being outdoors and in particular i enjoy working with animals, especially horses and dogs. I have been riding and working with horses for most of my life.
I have spent a lot of time in Spain working at a trekking center, I spent time both managing the yard and also leading out treks as a guide. I massively enjoyed this and definitely wish to spend more time doing similar work!
The work I want to get involved is not restricted to working with animals, I am willing to give pretty much anything I go, I want to travel and see as many places as I can. I love traveling, meeting new people and hearing their stories!
I love to try new things and will give everything a go at least once, I'm definitely not afraid of hard work! I love being around other people and working as part of a team but also at the same time I enjoy peace and quiet and I am perfectly happy working by myself. I also really love cooking and gardening.
I have spent the last five years living in London working for a NGO which works to empower women in countries affected by conflict, I’m very passionate about this work. I’ve decided to take some time out and travel around Central and South America over the coming year.
