Hello, me and my girlfriend are travelling across Brasil and looking to save some money by volunteering and staying longer at fewer places to better understand the language and culture. I have worked as a tree planter for several summers in Canada and have a degree in Environmental Chemistry. I have worked as a construction worker, a summer camp counselor, a lab technician, and have extensive experience at my uncles permaculture farm. Me and my girlfriend can speak English and Spanish. We are learning Portuguese. My girlfriend works in marketing for a chain of hotels in Peru and teaches financial literacy courses. She has extensive experience in sales. We both are comfortable getting our hands dirty and are very hard workers.
