Hi!
My name is Guy and I'm a friendly, motivated and easy-going 35 year old from the UK.
I've spent the last seven years or so travelling and have tried to stay in each of these places for at least a month to try to get to know them a little more deeply. However, while I've seen some fascinating places, I have found that I'm missing that human connection. I then found Workaway and this seems like the perfect way to get to know both a place and people on a deeper, more connected level.

I'm very relaxed and easy to get along with and I enjoy getting to know new people, cultures and perspectives. I'm driven by curiosity and absolutely love learning new things so I'd truly enjoy anything you can teach me or any of your own interests you feel happy to share. I take instructions well, but I’m also happy to work independently once I understand the task. I enjoy being active and staying productive, and I always try to bring a positive attitude to whatever I’m doing.

I’m happy to help with a variety of tasks such as:
General help around the house or property
Gardening and outdoor work
Cleaning and organizing
Helping with daily routines and projects
Basic pet/ animal care (if applicable)
I may not know everything yet, but I’m a fast learner and always willing to try new things and improve.What I can promise is that I will give every task 100%.

In my free time, I enjoy things like being outdoors, reading, learning new skills, exploring new places, and spending time with people. Oh, and if you have animals then I would be absolutely delighted (especially a dog!) I’m interested in cultural exchange and like learning how others live, cook, and work.

I'm a native English speaker so would be more than happy to help you with that in any way I can. I'm also trying to learn Spanish at the moment so any chance to practice that would be fantastic. Having said that, I'd enjoy to learn as much of your native language as I can whatever it might be.

I’m looking for a welcoming host where I can contribute meaningfully, learn new skills, and experience local life. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and a positive environment. I’m excited to help out, learn from you, and make the most of the Workaway experience together.

I've been trying to teach myself Spanish for a little while so any help I can get here would be greatly appreciated.
