Hi, I’m Zuki!
I am originally from Japan and grew up in Vanuatu. I currently live in Japan with my French husband and our family, in a small countryside town.
I will be traveling in Australia for about three months with my son, Enki, who is 12 years old.
This is our first time using Workaway, but I have done WWOOFing in different places and have traveled a lot, mainly in the South Pacific (including Australia), Southeast Asia, and Europe, and have lived in several countries.
I am into traveling, hiking, spending time in nature, animals, dancing, cooking, yoga, saunas, meditation, spirituality, self-discovery. I also enjoy creative activities such as singing, karaoke, playing taiko (Japanese drums), macrame accessories, sewing, drawing. I love meeting people from different cultures and discovering new things about the world.
I would describe myself as friendly, open-minded, positive, adaptable, and eager to get involved and help wherever I can.
Hello, my name is Enki!
I am 12 years old and half French, half Japanese. I speak Japanese fluently, a little French, and I am learning English. I am cheerful and energetic, and I enjoy playing outside, riding my bike, playing sports (especially soccer), board games, video games, reading books and manga, and spending time in the forest behind my house. I love animals and insects. My favourite colour is emerald green.
In Australia, I would like to make friends, be of service to others, see kangaroos and koalas, and learn English. I look forward to discovering and trying many new things.

Our trip to Australia is an opportunity not only to engage in volunteer work and teach my son English, but also to experience the joy of travel together, connect with others, and deepen our appreciation for cultural diversity.

We stayed for a total of 2 and a half weeks and helped out at 3 different houses. We had a comfortable private room to ourselves in the shed, which was really quiet and relaxing since the property is so peaceful.
