Hello:) I am Gesine from Germany 24 years old and will finish my semester in one month here in Mexico in a small town near Mexico City. I already travelled with workaway for one year in Spain and Portugal before studying and am really looking forward for this great oppurtunity again to get to know new places, cool and kind people, new kinds of work and lifestyles, to improve my spanish and in general to grow by this experience and learn more about this wonderfull country!!
I had the pleasure to already meet so many nice people and stay at wonderfull places on my way by voluunteering on ecological farms, restoring a mill, helping in albergues on the camino de santioago, working in different kinds of hostels and stayingg with a family for one month, that I am really looking forward for new experiences with workaway here in Mexico!
I love it to be outside, to get to know people and explore new places together, I like the hands- on- mentality for working in a cool team, to hike and camp in nature, listening and playing music and in general to explore and get to know the culture of the country where I am staying :)

Hola :) Soy Gesine, de Alemania, tengo 24 años y dentro de un mes terminaré mi semestre aquí en México, en una pequena ciudad cerca de la Ciudad de México. Ya viajé con Workaway durante un año por España y Portugal antes de estudiar y estoy deseando volver a tener esta gran oportunidad de conocer nuevos lugares, gente simpática y agradable, nuevos tipos de trabajo y estilos de vida, mejorar mi español y, en general, crecer con esta experiencia y aprender más sobre este maravilloso país.
He tenido el placer de conocer a mucha gente agradable y alojarme en lugares maravillosos durante mi viaje, trabajando como voluntaria en granjas ecológicas, restaurando un molino, ayudando en albergues en el Camino de Santiago, trabajando en diferentes tipos de hostales y alojándome con una familia durante un mes, ¡así que estoy deseando vivir nuevas experiencias con Workaway aquí en México!
Me encanta estar al aire libre, conocer gente y explorar nuevos lugares juntos, me gusta la mentalidad práctica para trabajar en un equipo genial, hacer senderismo y acampar en la naturaleza, escuchar y tocar música y, en general, explorar y conocer la cultura del país en el que me encuentro :)

I am grown up in a little village and my family and my neighbours have a little field together where we are planting our own vegetables as a community. Furthermore both of my parents are grown up each on farms and my sister is actually working on a ecological farm so I already had some contact to agriculture:)
I love it to work outside and with the hands and as long as I am not freezing too much I am fine with all kind of weathers:)

He crecido en un pequeno pueblo y mi familia y vecinos tenemos un pequeno campo donde plantamos verduras comp una cominidad. Mis padres son cada vez de granjas y mi hermana trabaja en una granja ecologia tambien, por eso he tenido un poco contacto con agricultura:)
Me gusta trabajar fuera y si no tengo demasiado frio el tiempo es igual para mi:)

I love being outside and doing activities,playing the drumms, camping and hiking,I am part of volunteer fire workers of my village and in general the most important thing for me is to be around nice people and to experience all that is new to me

Me gusta estar alrededor de gente y hacer actividades, tocar la bateria, hacer deporte con otras personas especialmente nadar y soy un miembro de bomberos voluntarios de mi pueblo pero lo de mas importante para mi es de experiencar nuevas cosas :)
