Hi! We’re Francesco and Gabriele two curious travellers who like to move, learn by doing, and connect with real people and real places.

We’re not into luxury tourism, we’re drawn to simple, authentic environments and community-run projects, where you can get your hands dirty, share meals, and actually exchange something meaningful.

We enjoy challenges, the “slightly uncomfortable” moments that teach you something, and we love conversations that go beyond first impressions sometimes even the philosophical kind.

What we bring is a mix of practical help and creative energy: we’re happy to support daily tasks, join your routine, and also help you tell your project’s story through photos/videos/graphics.
We work well in a team, we’re adaptable, respectful, and motivated to contribute with consistency.
We’re excited to meet hosts who care about their place, their people, and what they’re building — and to leave a positive trace wherever we go.

We have a versatile skill set that makes us useful in many types of Workaway projects from hands-on help to creative support and event organization.

We plan and run community events and small festivals: logistics, schedules/run-of-show, budgeting basics, team/volunteer coordination, setup & breakdown.

What else ...

We love sharing meals and cooking simple Italian food for others. We’re big on music (from small local scenes to festivals) and we enjoy creating good vibes whether it’s a playlist, a dinner, or a long conversation.
We both care a lot about animals and we’re happy to spend time around them whenever possible. We also love being outdoors: hiking, exploring nature, and helping with practical tasks.
What we value most is meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds especially local communities and less “touristy” places. We’re curious about traditions, stories, and everyday life, and we enjoy meaningful cultural exchange with respect and openness.
