Hey, i am Franka! I love being outside in nature, spending time with the people dearest to me, learning new things, and exploring our wonderful world! Traveling is one of my favorite ways to gain new perspectives and expand my understanding of life.
I try to travel in a way that is environmentally friendly and supportive of local communities while still having a good time — which is why Workaway feels like the perfect place for me.
I have some experience with different models of work-and-stay and have always enjoyed them very much. I’m a creative and gentle soul who thrives in community but also values her alone time.

I love tackling creative tasks! I babysat a lot during my teenage years and grew up close to nature, so I’d say I have quite the green thumb. I know a bit about woodworking, harvesting, and growing fruits (mostly vegetables!) and enjoy other DIY projects.
I have experience working at festivals and in various service jobs, so I’m comfortable working with people and enjoy connecting with them. I try to help out where i can and are always eager to learn!

I enjoy reading and playing board games, and I love cooking for others and going on little adventures. The sea feels like home to me — it’s a place I can always return to.
I’m also a newly certified yoga teacher and am excited to begin sharing my practice with others!
