We are a friendly, reliable and energetic couple from Chile, travelling together and looking for meaningful work exchange experiences.
We both enjoy an active lifestyle and feel comfortable with physical and hands-on work. Franco is a Physical Education teacher with experience in sports, group activities and motivating people. Jhanis, his partner is an engineer, very practical, organized and solution-oriented, with strong skills in problem-solving, maintenance and project support.
We are responsible, respectful and easy-going, and we take commitments seriously. We like to integrate into the place we stay, help where needed and create a positive atmosphere.
We are especially interested in medium to long-term stays, where we can truly contribute, learn and become part of the team. We value clear communication, trust and mutual respect.

We truly love languages and cultural exchange. We are native Spanish speakers and fluent in English, and we really enjoy sharing our language and helping others learn in a relaxed, natural way—through conversation, daily activities and real-life interaction. For us, language is not just communication, but a way to connect with people and cultures. Franco is also currently learning Italian and is very motivated to keep improving through practice, exchange and immersion.

We are an energetic, reliable and positive couple who truly enjoy being active, helping others and contributing to meaningful projects. We travel with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, and we take pride in doing things well and being people others can trust.

We both feel very comfortable with physical and hands-on work. We enjoy staying active, working outdoors and supporting projects where teamwork, initiative and good energy are important. We adapt easily to new environments, follow instructions well and are always open to learning new skills.
Franco is a Physical Education teacher with experience leading group activities of up to 30 people. He has worked with children, adults, older adults and sports teams, and enjoys organizing, leading and motivating people through physical activities, games and fitness routines. He brings a calm, positive leadership style and enjoys creating a good group atmosphere.

Jhanis is a Commercial Planning Engineer, but beyond her professional background she is highly energetic, proactive and very physically active. She loves working with children, helping in community environments and supporting projects that involve people, movement and collaboration. She is very organized, detail-oriented and solution-focused, and also contributes strong skills in planning, logistics, process improvement and administrative support, including confident use of tools such as Excel.

Together, we are an easygoing, responsible and proactive couple who enjoy working with people, being active and contributing to meaningful projects. We adapt quickly to new environments and feel comfortable taking on different roles as needed.
We have solid experience in hospitality and tourism, having worked in hostels and accommodation settings where we supported daily operations

We can also support general maintenance tasks such as painting, basic repairs, deep cleaning, organizing spaces and small improvement projects, while being honest about our limits and always willing to learn.

We also have previous volunteer experience working with indigenous communities through Techo para Chile, which taught us the value of collaboration, respect and community-focused work. Additionally, having lived in Australia for two years and traveled independently through Southeast Asia, we are very comfortable in multicultural and international environments, adaptable and open-minded.

We are punctual, reliable and take our commitments seriously. We are happy working independently or as part of a team, value clear communication and appreciate feedback. We are especially interested in medium to long-term stays (1–3 months or longer), where we can truly integrate into the project, contribute consistently and create a positive impact.

What else ...

We genuinely enjoy sharing life with others and being part of an active, positive environment. We love board games of all kinds and often enjoy organizing games or group activities as a way to connect, especially with guests, families or community members.
We are outdoor-oriented people and feel our best when we’re moving, exploring and making each day meaningful. We enjoy nature, walking, trekking and spending time outside, and we try to avoid feeling stuck or disconnected from our surroundings. Our energy naturally flows between calm and active, depending on the project and the rhythm of the place.

Living with others comes naturally to us. We are clean, organized and respectful of shared spaces, and we have lived in shared houses and community-style environments several times before. We value good communication and a friendly, cooperative atmosphere.

Outside of work, Franco enjoys playing the ukulele (still an amateur, but always happy to share music), and Jhanis loves painting, trekking and creative activities. We are very comfortable with children and animals and truly enjoy being around them.

We are especially drawn to projects connected to sports, social initiatives, eco-projects and work with children—places where we can stay active, contribute meaningfully and grow together with the people around us.
