Hi there! My name is Florence and I’m originally from Québec, Canada.

I have worked in Milford Sound (Fiordland) for 10 months and I've been travelling around in my car since! I'm looking forward to discover more of New Zealand and to be a bit more stationary:)

I love traveling, hiking, cooking and photography. I’m looking for experiences that allow me to meet new people and to be in the outdoors.

I've done some woofing before in Italy and some Workaway in Chile.

I have experiences in gardening, fruit picking and generally working outdoors, as I have spent most of my childhood/teenage years helping out my family businesses.

I also have a bit of experience in renovating (painting, refurbishing furniture, using some power tools, assembling..).

I love cooking and sharing my recipes and I’ve worked as a housekeeper for many years.

I've also been around children since I grew up with cousins and have a nephew!

My skill set is pretty diverse, I’ll be happy to elaborate more depending on what you need:) I like to think I'm a fast learner!

I got my bachelor's degree in anthropology in June 2024 and I’ve had a range of jobs from housekeeper, cashier, attendant, co-op coordinator, project manager, etc. These last years have mostly been in tourism. If you have any questions about my profile, please ask!
