Outdoors
I love to be outdoors, exploring new sights and sounds, especially among animals of any description. I'm honestly a very kind, good-hearted, adventurous, quirky humoured, hard-working person who is also fun. Integrity in abundance. Cycling is one of my favourite past times.

Music etc
I also love my alt-rock/post-punk/dubstep/drumnbass/reggae/dub music and wonderful indie films. I love Sean Baker, Krzysztof Kieslowski, Lukas Moodyson, Francois Ozon especially. I can be a solitary soul good at spending time alone, and at the same time I do have a lot of lovely friends in my home city and other countries.

Animals = sentient beings. Friends never fodder. 🐔🦁🦊🐭🙈

Asia/Dogs
I recently spent 10 months in Sri Lanka volunteering and working at Animal SOS with injured, sick and vulnerable dogs. I worked closely with the disabled dogs and adored them all immensely, and miss them lots. I nursed them emotionally, fed them, comforted them and administered medicines.

In Thailand, I volunteered at Soi Dog, walking sanctuary dogs, and spent time at Pawsome on Dog Island in Bangkok, caring for those precious sanctuary souls.

Work
I'm very youthful, fit and have lots of energy, empathy and
open-minded too. I have also worked as a broadcast journalist, copywriter/editor, bike taxi driver, media runner, retail assistant, booker for a reputable DJ, hospitality worker, and other things in life.

Hygiene/Diet
I am hygienic and clean up after myself, also mopping floors and work surfaces and regular hand washing with soap :) I am just about full-on vegan, but I do not impose my dietary ways on others

Only altruistic, decent, kind, good humored souls please. Heartful not hurtful.

I ‘ve had 4 Workaway experiences in Sri Lanka, a Chile dog sanctuary and one in Brazil, plus dog sitting in San Francisco.

What else ...

Well, where to start! I'm a champion Connect 4 player and also love Mastermind, Cluedo, Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble.

I play tennis regularly and used to teach the game part-time. Everyday I'm on my bike - I'm on my 5th Giant from the 90's bike just now - the rest got stolen. I love the style and vibrancy of these bikes.

Also, I love alternative music and films - too many names to write. My favourite band who I've seen over 50 times is The Charlatans, and I have Dj'ed on many occasions. My favourite films are L'Humanite, Ghostworld, Buffallo 66 and Christiane F - all nested in social realism.

Rollerbooting is also a past time, and non-fiction books.
