I’m a dedicated explorer, lifelong learner, and seasoned helper who loves getting deeply immersed in local culture, language, and community life. Over the past decade I’ve led groups, taught skills, and supported people in meaningful, real-world settings - from building a two-story earthbag home in Wyoming, to living and homeschooling in Canada, off-road motorcycle training and guiding in the U.S. and Mexico, to helping build a house on the beach in Baja California.
More recently, I have been living in Chiapas, Mexico for the past 4 years.

What I bring is trustworthiness, adaptability, and heart - qualities that make cultural exchange rich for both sides. I’m comfortable with practical tasks around a home, community space, or shared project, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds. I’m calm under pressure, observant, and willing to help where it matters most: organizing, interacting politely, learning from those around me, and contributing with respect and enthusiasm.

I’m also actively growing my Spanish and excited to continue improving my Italian. With a curious mind and open heart, I value shared meals, meaningful conversation, and daily interchange that goes beyond surface travel - the kind that leaves both hosts and travelers enriched.
