I am about to graduate with a master's degree in Food Science and Technology; enthusiastic about what concerns food and cooking, transforming vegetables (fermentations, jams), and helping in vegetable garden.
I volunteer at an animal center, I love nature and I am passionate about hiking and climbing, but also reading and a big movie geek.
I love reggae music and looking for vintage clothing too :)

I worked as a quality control and research and development for a company that used byproducts of vegetables transforming industries as ingredients, so I used my cooking skills to create :D
I did a master's degree in circular economy of foodstuffs, so I can share ideas about recycling and giving new life to what otherwise would be waste.
I can help with the garden, I am keen on having my hands dirty.
I am a yoga student and I babysit, so I have no problems with kids or animals at all. I like to make stuff with clay, I am empathic, and love connections with people.
