Description
URGENTLY looking for YOGA VOLUNTEER — start 20 December!!!
Do you dream of waking up high in the Andes, with golden morning light pouring over the mountains, crisp fresh air in your lungs, and llamas grazing just outside your window?
Are you a certified yoga instructor who loves connecting with travelers from around the world — and who enjoys community living, slow mornings, and long scenic hikes through breathtaking landscapes?
If that sounds like you, this might be your dream volunteer experience.
Who We Are
We’re an eco-friendly, community-focused mountain lodge in Isinliví, a tiny, peaceful village along the famous Quilotoa Loop — one of Ecuador’s most iconic trekking routes.
Hikers stay with us to stretch, rest, and recharge before or after exploring volcanic craters, rolling green hills, and ancient Andean paths. Our lodge offers cozy rooms, communal dinners, a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, and endless postcard-worthy views from every corner.
We’re known for our warm, welcoming vibe — we want guests to feel like they’re staying with friends.
We’re Looking For: 1 CERTIFIED YOGA VOLUNTEER
Your Role:
• Teach daily yoga classes (morning & afternoon sessions — 7am & 4pm)
• Create a calming, welcoming energy for guests before and after their treks
• Engage naturally with travelers and contribute to our community atmosphere
• Minimum commitment: 5 weeks
• Requirement: Minimum 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Certification
Big Plus (but not required):
If you enjoy photography, short videos, or social media and have some experience, that’s a huge bonus for us! Many yoga volunteers love capturing the mountains, the classes, and the vibe — and if you’re naturally creative, we’d be thrilled to have your help. Totally optional, but very welcome.
What We Offer
• Free accommodation in a simple private room
• Three delicious home-cooked meals a day, shared with our lovely team
• Free access to our jacuzzi & sauna on staff days
• Plenty of downtime to hike spectacular Andean trails, relax, read, or soak up mountain life
• A chance to meet travelers from all over the world
• Living in one of the most peaceful and stunning areas of the Andes
If this sounds like the retreat-style volunteer experience you're looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
