Looking for Volunteers for October, November, December... and even into 2026!
Do you dream of waking up in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by fresh air, wide open views, and llamas? Are you a certified yoga instructor or a creative soul with a camera and a passion for social media? Then we might just have the perfect opportunity for you!
Who We Are:
We're an eco-friendly, community-focused lodge located in Isinliví, a tiny, peaceful village along the famous Quilotoa Loop. Our lodge welcomes travelers from all over the world who come here to hike, relax, and experience the authentic Andean way of life. Guests enjoy cozy rooms, communal dinners, a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, and epic views in every direction.
We’re known for our warm vibe and friendly team – we want our guests to feel like they’re staying with friends!
We’re Looking For 2 Volunteers:
1) CERTIFIED YOGA VOLUNTEER
• Teach daily yoga classes (typically morning or afternoon sessions – 7am & 4pm)
• Be a warm, social presence at the lodge – think of it like welcoming friends into your mountain home
• Minimum commitment: 5 weeks
• Requirement: Minimum 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Certification
2) PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA VOLUNTEER
Are you a creative storyteller with a camera in hand and a big smile on your face? We’re looking for someone social, outgoing, and full of positive energy to help capture our experience and share it with the world!
Your role will include:
• Taking natural, high-quality photos of the lodge, yoga classes, food, spa area, hikes, and our mountain surroundings
• Interacting with guests in a friendly way, chatting and asking (with their permission) to take some pictures or short videos for our social media
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments and the magic of everyday lodge life
• Creating short videos/Reels and helping with basic editing
• Supporting our Instagram content and stories with a creative and consistent voice
• Minimum commitment: 3 weeks
What we’re looking for:
• A very social and outgoing personality – you’ll be chatting with guests daily and making them feel comfortable in front of the camera
• Good skills in photography and video editing
• A natural eye for visual storytelling and good lighting
• Experience using Instagram or similar platforms
• Someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and organized
• Respectful of guests’ privacy – always ask before photographing

We’re currently welcoming two enthusiastic volunteers to join us in the Ecuadorian Andes! One volunteer will take the role of certified yoga instructor, and the other will focus on photography, video, and social media content creation.
YOGA VOLUNTEER
We offer our guests two free yoga classes per day—one energizing morning class at 7am and one soft, relaxing session at 5pm after a day of hiking. You’ll teach in our cozy yoga studio with space for 12 mats and stunning mountain views. As the yoga teacher, you’re responsible for preparing and leading the classes, and for keeping the studio and equipment (mats, knee pads, belts, blocks) clean and organized.
There’s a small tip box for you, you’re welcome to offer private sessions for an extra income.
Minimum commitment: 5 weeks
CONTENT CREATOR VOLUNTEER
We’re also looking for a social, outgoing storyteller to capture and share the magic of this place! You'll take photos and videos of the guests, hikes, lodge, and surroundings, and help us keep our social media fresh and engaging. Ideally, you’re confident interacting with travelers and can get creative without needing much direction. Please share a few examples of your past content or social media work.
Minimum commitment: 3 weeks

We offer our volunteers a basic cosy room connected to the dorm, but very private and in a warm part of the farm house. Bathroom is shared with other travelers.

This was my first workaway experience.I got to do loads of stuff such as helping serving with diner, doing check in / check out, helping with excel doing administration, and playing with the best dog ever. Also the people of isinlivi are awesome! I recomend volunteering here!
