I'm interested in community, the arts, food/cooking and hiking. My favourite thing to do would be either to read a great book or spend an afternoon writing, but I am also a very social person who gets a lot of energy from connecting with others. My work back home was with youth so I love working with young people in any capacity (community events, childcare, tutoring, etc.), my other job was in a kitchen - I also love food and cooking. I've studied literature, history and Italian language, all of which I'm passionate about. And I love the outdoors.
