Description
I am most happy when I am in nature. And I mean the Friluftsliv way of being in nature, like collecting berries, building a shelter, digging in soil with my hands and getting up and going to bed with the sun. I also enjoy sports in nature, especially rock climbing, but nothing is quite as beautiful as the feeling of waking up in a hammock, looking at treetops and listening to a stream.
The most inspiring people I have met so far were always people who live at ease according to their values and I try my best to do the same respecting nature, which means also other people and their values.
I would say that my not that secret skill is to see the good in people and I love to help people finding their own potential and strengths believing in their abilities and this might be one reason why I work a lot with young people (organising a kids climbing and outdoor group, giving self-defence courses for kindergarten kids, teaching rock climbing at university, etc.).
Apart from that I am a geography student, climate activist, adventurous, sociable and often energetic person with many ideas (sometimes even too many), who values to get to know new perspectives on life. Especially singing at jam sessions with friends, kids, dogs, my grandparents, time in nature and meditation open my heart and make me feel at easy with myself.

More details about your skills
I have worked as a teacher (geography, english, sports, german, music, self defence, etc.) in various schools and I love how kids hearts are not yet shaped that much by societal norms and how they think out of the box and I think they like spending time with me for being patient and letting them try new things themselves instead of doing everything for them or telling them how exactly things have to be done. I have also lived with young kids. So most things including work with children should work (I have also worked with children with disabilities but not too often, so it would depend on their specific needs).
As a kid, I spent a lot of time with my huge family on my grandparents farm picking berries, planting beans, etc. so working in nature is quite familiar to me. Although I had (permaculture) gardening lessons in school I forgot a lot of it and would love refresh and deepen my knowledge.
I am a creative chef of vegetarian food and have cooked a lot in my life. I can sometimes make good sourdough bread but I am not very experienced with baking sweet things.
Household chores are not a problem for me.
When it comes to crafting-related work I must say that although I have built a campervan myself, did minor reperations on the van or in houses, etc. I sometimes tend to overthink if no one shows me how to do it, especially if the material I work with is something else than wood.
I am horrible with social media related stuff, so I won't be a great help in this field.
I am good at organising things (like campaigns, etc.), networking and bringing people together.
I consider myself being quite flexibel, self-organised, hard working where necessary, and learning new things quickly.

29

What else ...
I have introduced a lot of people to rock climbing, outdoor life, vegetarian diet and climate activism and they liked it :-)
I am new to this platform but not at all to travelling, living in simple environments, sharing rooms and houses, being part of a community, hosting people, etc.
