Hey hey !

We are Cloé and Louis, and we have one big project for 2024 which make us very excited : start a new life in Australia in September for one, two or three years. We want to take the opportunity to live in a country that seems to be mindblowing.
We are quite satisfied with our current jobs, both associative and comited into the social and environmental transition. But we recently came out with one statement : we want to work in a beautiful environment and climate. In Northern France the weather is not very shiny, and the lack of nature makes us often makes us unhappy.

So we've decided : let's open a new page in Australia ! We are hardworker, and we like to achieve virtuous things though our professional life.
They are many field of work we'd be interested on, such as ecotourism, woodworking, cooking in a restaurant or yoga teaching.

Finding a host on Workaway would be a way for us to integrate the australian life slowly but surely. We could stay for a few weeks or months so that we have time to bring something nice to your place.

We have skills in different areas as we are quite curious. Have a look in our pictures so you can see a bit of what we do. Here are some skills :

A lot of cooking experience (one of our passion indeed)
Yoga (200H Yoga Teaching Training planed in August)

We both have worked abroad, Cloé spent 3 summers in a restaurant and B&B in Ireland, Louis was greenhouse operator in Holland for 6 months.

We also volunteered abroad in NGOs : Louis in Bolivia, protecting wlilife rescued from illegal trafficking, Cloé in Peru, teaching to read and write to children facing precarity.

It was a few years ago but we are now ready for new adventures, we'd love to help you with your projects :)

What else ...

We are open to different kinds of arrangement that would suit all of us.
If you do know people hiring in our fields, it would be lovely for us to be in contact with them. We could combine working at your place as well as working for another place. One of the aim by going to Australia is to earn money. We do have a long-term project which involve buying a fiel to build a happy, ethic and sustainable place :)
