After years spent as a software programmer in Italy, the sedentary lifestyle began to wear on me. I craved a change, a chance to step away from the screen and embrace something entirely new. That desire for a different pace, combined with my love for travel, nature, music, sports, and the outdoors, led me to make a big decision: I packed my bags and headed to Australia.

Australia offered the perfect opportunity to break free from my routine. There, I dove into a variety of hands-on jobs completely different from my previous career. I spent time as a gardener, getting my hands dirty and connecting with the earth. I also tried my hand at plumbing and even roofing, learning practical skills and enjoying the physical challenge each day brought.

This experience Down Under has been incredibly rewarding. It wasn't just about trying new professions; it was about rediscovering myself through hard work, fresh air, and the freedom of exploring a new continent. While I enjoyed my time as a programmer, this journey has truly shown me the value of diverse experiences and the joy of an active life.
