[ENG Below] Ciao! Mi chiamo Chiara, siciliana. Nell’autunno 2021 mi muoverò lentamente tra varie realtà, principalmente sul territorio siculo, isole incluse, dedicando particolare attenzione a progetti che includano temi come permacultura, sostenibilità, autoproduzione, animali al di fuori di logiche di sfruttamento, tradizione artigiana, eco costruzioni. Voglio apprendere competenze pratiche, ma al contempo dedicare attenzione e cura alle relazioni di comunità con le persone e gli ecosistemi. Seguo al momento un corso di Permacultura umana e sociale, vengo da studi linguistici ma mi dedico alla ceramica, curo una parcella d’orto condiviso.

Hi! My name is Chiara, I’m Sicilian. This fall i’ll start a slow journey through some eco-projects in Sicily, exploring permaculture, sustainability, self-sufficiency, non-exploiting relationships with animals, craftsmanship. The idea is to learn by doing many practical skills, but at the same time to focus in community relationships, humans and non humans together. I’m attending a social permaculture course, I studied languages but i’m into pottery and ceramic now, and I take care of a small vegetable garden.

I am able and I enjoy taking care of vegetable gardens and plants, animals, people and spaces. Got a good manual dexterity, i’m up to small fixings, cleaning around. I volunteered in an animal sanctuary in Tuscany. I can cook nice, vegan, meals. I can listen and learn quickly.
