Ciao! We are caterina (22) and jaco (29) two italian travellers, we met one year ago in gran canaria volunteering in an hostel and then we started travelling together!
We volunteer with worldpackers usually (3 experiences) but instead of renewing another year i try with workaway this year.
We are a close-knit and friendly couple who aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty or dive into crazy adventures. We're both passionate about discovering new places, meeting people from different cultures, and learning through hands-on experiences.
We both love learning new languages and immersing ourselves in local culture.
We speak Italian, English, and Spanish.
Caterina also speaks a bit of Portuguese.
Jaco speaks some Darija (Moroccan Arabic).

Caterina is from Rimini, is a creative person who loves music, photography, and art. She enjoys spending time with people or in nature and creating things like handmade clothes and crafts. She has also a camera, and loves doing photos. She studied in nursing school , so has the basic skills to survive ;)
She has some work experience as babysitter, waitress, nurse, tourist entretainer, housekeeping, bartender, shop assistant...

Jaco, from Milan is passionate about drawing, he is a graphic designer. he loves playing the guitar, and often takes part in jam sessions. He also enjoys sports and outdoor activities, he does calistenics. He loves animal and taking care of them.
He lived 5 years in the uk, so his english is basically native. He has work experience as waiter, tourist entretainer, cook...

We’ve had previous volunteering experiences:
- Gran Canaria (Las Palmas), where we volunteered in two different hostels (housekeeping, reception, cleaning)
- Morocco (Kelaa des saraghna), where we worked in a school, (teaching Italian and managing the school’s Instagram page.)
- Bulgaria (Veliko Tarnovo) in an hostel doing tasks of cleaning, doing beds, reception, ecc
We’re friendly, open-minded, and always eager to help, learn, and share good vibes wherever we go! We take care of each other and always get along.
