¡Hola!
Soy Carlo, tengo 23 años y me gusta viajar, dibujar, cocinar y vivir nuevas experiencias. Decidí registrarme en Workaway para conocerme mejor y conocer gente nueva :).
Soy vegano y desde los 16 años trabajo en verano en el hotel vegano de mis familiares, donde cocino postres según las recetas de mi madre. Me gradué en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Urbino. Me considero una persona de mente abierta y me gusta ayudar a los demás; soy muy tranquilo y sociable.

I'm vegan and since I was 16 I've been working in the summer at my relatives' vegan hotel, where I cook desserts according to my mother's recipes.I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino.I consider myself an open-minded person and I like helping others, I'm basically very calm and sociable.

Como ya he dicho, trabajo en hostelería desde pequeña y creo que cocino bastante bien. Uno de mis platos favoritos es la pizzaiola de seitán, que es muy sencilla de preparar y está deliciosa :).
Un postre que me encanta es la tarta, me encanta y normalmente, cuando la preparo en un día, me como la mitad, jejeje (soy muy glotona).
Básicamente, me gusta cuidar lo que preparo en la cocina, así como lo que dibujo, esculpo o diseño artísticamente :))
(También me gusta mantener la limpieza). Uno de mis objetivos sería enriquecer mi bagaje cultural a través de la cocina, además de aprender inglés y español.

as I said before, I have worked in hotel since I was a little and I think I cook quite well, one of my favorite dishes is seitan pizzaiola which is very simple to prepare and delicious :).
A dessert that I adore, is the tart which I go crazy about and usually when I prepare it in one day I eat half of it hihihi (I'm very greedy).
Basically I like to take care of what I prepare in the kitchen, as well as what I draw, sculpt or design in art :))
(i also like to keep clean).One of my goals would be to enrich my cultural background through cooking, in addition to the desire to learn English and Spanish.
