Description

Our names are Bec and Cam and we are an early-20's couple from Perth, Western Australia. We are open-minded and curious and as such love to travel and experience other cultures, but we want to do so sustainably.

We are currently travelling with from Australia to Europe without flying, as it is better for the environment and allows us to explore many of the diverse and amazing countries in Eurasia. We like to learn new languages, make new friends, read, journal, and do outdoor activities as well as creative tasks, especially cooking!

We have a podcast called The Meandering Pod, where we narrate out travel and try our hand at digital, independent journalism by telling stories from places that we visit.

Bec studied engineering at university and is interested in holistic sustainability, e.g. renewable energy, decarbonisation, climate justice, localised democracies and gender equality.

Cam studied Urban and Regional Planning at university and is interested in sustainable development, migration and building communities.
