Hi! My name is Jaffar, I’m a 30-year-old Iraqi guy born and raised in Sweden. I’ve had a passion for travel and adventure since I was a kid, often traveling with my family, and over the years I’ve visited 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

I really enjoy traveling in a way where I can connect with locals and experience everyday life. For me, it’s about learning how people live, cook, work, and share their stories. I’m always curious and open to new cultures, languages, and experiences.

I have hands-on experience with different types of practical work. I’ve volunteered at psytrance festivals since 2018, helping with tasks like cleaning, parking coordination, and general crew work. I’ve also worked in recycling and environmental work for several months, and spent 6 months on an animal farm where I took care of cows, horses, pigs, chickens, rabbits, sheep, and geese. Im also very good working in hostel and doing general maintenance and cleaning to.

I’m comfortable with physical work and enjoy tasks like maintenance, organizing, moving, and helping wherever needed. I also have some experience with basic gardening and growing organic food, which I learned from my grandmother. same with carpentery, painter, forclifting, logistic and much more.

As a person, I’m positive, open-minded, and easy to get along with. I enjoy good conversations about life, culture, travel, sports, and personal experiences. I like meeting new people and exchanging stories from different parts of the world.

In my free time, I enjoy photography, especially during my travels. One of my favorite experiences was a long road trip through Europe, including جنوب France and the Alps, on the way to the MoDem festival in Croatia. Im also semi-professional fighting player that has been participating tournaments worldwide to compete and test myself such as Tekken, Street fighter, Fatal fury, Soul calibur and much more.

I also have a strong interest in martial arts. I trained Taekwondo for 8 years and reached red belt (2nd kyu), competing and even working as a referee. In the future, I would love to continue training and explore other martial arts styles.

I speak multiple languages and enjoy learning new ones, as it helps me connect more deeply with people and cultures.

I’m happy to help with a variety of tasks, especially practical, hands-on work, and I’m always willing to learn new skills. I’m looking forward to new adventures, meaningful experiences, and meeting great people along the way!
