Hello! We’re Henry and Beth, from England. We're both 21 years old and are completely new to workaway, and are so excited to experience some new adventures :) We are motivated to see and experience the natural beauty of the world and different, slower ways of life away from the city and pressures of an urban lifestyle. As we have been studying our degrees we have begun to realise that there is more to life than sitting in an office and achieving a "successful life". We believe that success and happiness comes down to a simple life immersed in the natural world, which is where we hope to be one day!
We are adventurous people who LOVE being surrounded by nature, wildlife, mountains, the ocean, plants and trees, forests, rivers, you name it! Although we are both currently studying we love to get out and about as much as possible especially running and hiking (we love to challenge ourselves with running especially!), and we spend a lot of time in the rugged landscape of the Lake District in England and climbing mountains there (whatever the weather) has become a bit of a habit for us!
Together we bring a lot of energy and love meeting new people, particularly when travelling, and hearing stories from people from different walks of life, of all different ages. We are constantly talking about travelling, seeing the beautiful planet we live on away from urban, city life. One day we hope to live a simple life immersed in nature :)
