Hello! My name is Becky and half my family is from Spain and the other half from the USA, though I gew up in Madrid, Spain. I grew up in between two countries and I have the travel bug. In recent years I have worked language teaching jobs, and traveled for weeks or months at a time when able. I've been WWOOFing in New Zealand, Australia, and I visited friends in Chile and Argentina last year. I love learning, inside and out of the classroom. I love to read, write, paint, dance, and I stay active running and doing yoga. I also like to cook, play games, live music...

I am a native speaker and completely bilingual in English and Spanish, I work as a teacher (I teach Spanish speakers English and I work with English speakers showing them around and supporting their study abroad experience in Spain), and I am always happy to do more of that work.

I work with languages, specifically as an English and Spanish teacher. I consider myself an educator, I work bridging cultural gaps. I'm also very active and enjoy physical work: I have worked on organic farms in Switzerland (full time), and done WWOOFing in New Zealand and Australia (I don't pretend to be an expert but at least I've done a handful of agricultural jobs before). I like to cook and am happy to contribute with maintenance, chores, and cooking. I'm also a creative, and I love painting (on a sheet of paper but also walls and fences). I love animals and have cared for cats, dogs, chickens, and cows. I can be very sociable and have worked in shops with the public.
