Hello! My name is Bart, I’m a French graphic artist travelling to Japan with a Working Holiday Visa.
I’m passionate about nature, outdoor sports, and discovering new ways of living. I’m joining Workaway to help people, learn new skills, and experience everyday life in Japan in an authentic and meaningful way.

I’m motivated, curious, and not afraid to roll up my sleeves. I’m open to many types of work — gardening, DIY, farming, maintenance, cleaning, or general help. I love discovering new techniques and traditional skills.

As a graphic artist, I can also assist with creative tasks such as painting, murals, photography, video, or designing content for social media. I’m comfortable with design software and can easily lend a hand with visual communication.

I also enjoy playing Kendama and love sharing tricks with others!
Additionally, I can offer language help in both English and French if needed — conversation practice, corrections, or general guidance.

I’m easy-going, respectful, and excited to meet new people, help out, and learn as much as possible.

I am specialized in mural painting and illustration, and I work professionally with Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). I also have solid skills in photography, video, and creating content for social media. I regularly give art classes and painting workshops for children, which has taught me patience, communication, and how to adapt creative activities to different ages.
In addition to my creative abilities, I have hands-on experience with physical work: I’ve worked several weeks in corn fields, taken part in grape harvests, and done fruit and vegetable picking. I’m comfortable with outdoor tasks, enjoy spending most of my time outside, and I’m always ready to help with gardening, maintenance, or general farm work. I can also offer language support in both English and French.
