Description
We are two friends traveling together, currently based in Panama, and looking for meaningful workaway experiences where we can contribute, learn, and connect with local life.
Arlonis is Panamanian and an architect by profession. She has a strong background in organization, planning, and creative problem solving. During her time living in Australia, she also worked as a waitress, which helped her develop adaptability, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic in fast-paced environments.
Ana is Venezuelan, lives in Panama, and is an entrepreneur by nature. She has hands-on experience working as a waitress, supporting events, and doing cleaning and general maintenance tasks. She is practical, proactive, and used to taking responsibility and getting things done without needing constant supervision.
We both love nature, cultural exchange, and simple living. We enjoy learning from others, sharing our own culture, and contributing with real effort rather than just “showing up.” We are responsible, respectful, and not afraid of hard work whether its helping around the house, supporting a project, assisting with guests, or learning new skills along the way.
For us, Workaway is about mutual exchange: offering our time, energy, and skills, while immersing ourselves in a different way of life and leaving a positive impact wherever we go
