Description
I’m a very curious person, and I love learning new things from people, books, nature, and life in general. I also love trying new experiences and challenging myself. My next challenge is to try scuba diving! I have a very long bucket list, and I promised myself I’d tick off at least four things every year. So far, so good!
Whenever I travel, I realise how happy I am with the life I have and the place I call home. At the same time, travelling reminds me that there are things you can only learn when you step outside your comfort zone.
I love discovering different ways of living and seeing the world. I think it’s important to put our prejudices aside, stay open-minded, and genuinely try to understand other people’s perspectives. I don’t believe there is only one absolute truth; there are many different ways of experiencing and understanding life. We all build our own beliefs through what we live, what we discover, and the people we meet along the way.
I try to live with as much love and positivity as I can, to enjoy the present moment, and not to take life too seriously. I say “try” because I definitely don’t always succeed — I’m sometimes guilty of planning everything instead of simply enjoying what’s happening right now!
One of my favourite mottos is: “Live and let live.”
I also believe that laughter really is one of the best medicines.
And I’m a big believer in karma: what you put out into the world somehow finds its way back to you. Or, as my grandmother always used to say: “El pecat fa forat” — literally, “sin makes a hole.” Somehow, it sounds much better in Catalan! -

More details about your skills
I have experience with childcare, as I worked as an au pair in Geneva for two months. I also spent some time doing a Workaway in China, where I taught English to children, which was a really rewarding experience.
I’m a doctor, so I have a strong background in healthcare and I’m used to situations that require responsibility, patience, good communication, and staying calm under pressure.
I’ve also worked in bars and customer service, so I’m comfortable working with different kinds of people and being part of a team.
I’d also really enjoy putting my practical and logical side to use. I’m happy to help with hands-on tasks, whether indoors or outdoors. I don’t have much experience with gardening, farming, DIY, or building yet, but I’d genuinely love to learn. As long as you’re happy to show me how things are done, I’m a fast learner, enthusiastic, and not afraid of getting my hands dirty — and I’m stronger than I look!
Above all, I’m open-minded, adaptable, and always keen to learn something new and make myself useful. -
