 - Travel information- I am currently - Travelling
 - Description- Hi! My name is Anna, and my Korean name is Hyunseo. I was born and raised in Korea, spent four years living in Australia, and recently spent a year in the United States. I’m currently a senior majoring in Asian Studies, double majoring in design/architecture. Now, I’m planning to pursue architecture full-time in graduate school.
I speak Korean and English fluently, have conversational proficiency in Chinese, and am currently learning Italian.
I love exploring the world, and I’ve found that travel becomes most fulfilling when I can truly connect with locals, learn about their culture and history, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
I’m a simple gal—sunlight, a good latte, some music, and a bit of greenery around me are all I really need to be happy :)

 - More details about your skills- TL;DR: Teaching English/Korean, arts and crafts, video/photography, and any work that requires attention to detail and manual dexterity.
I have extensive experience teaching a wide range of age groups, from young children to adults. My journey in education began back in high school, when I started volunteering to teach Korean, math, and lead art classes for multicultural children in Korea. What initially began as something to bolster my college applications soon became a genuine passion.
Since then, I’ve tutored young children in English and, during college, participated in several programs teaching Korean as well. I naturally build strong bonds with my students—many of them continued learning with me for over two years, which is quite rare for a college student tutor.
Beyond teaching, I also took part in a college project volunteering on a farm in Korea. I led the design and painting of a mural—simple, colorful, and inclusive—so that all volunteers could contribute regardless of skill or time. We also organized a community event for the town’s elderly, combining a joyful celebration with an informative session about their rights as farmers. Of course, we helped with the farm work too, which I found both grounding and meaningful.
Most recently, I teamed up with friends and a local organization in Vermont, USA, to help restore a home for a low-income family. We built a roof to help prepare the house for winter.
As a design and architecture student, I have strong manual skills and excel in hands-on projects. I’m a fast learner, always eager to explore new experiences. At the same time, the intensity of college life can be exhausting, so I find comfort in simple, practical work. I truly enjoy connecting with locals and contributing in any way I can—especially through the things I do best.
I can also enjoy video/photography as a hobby.
