Hi! I'm Angel :). I'm based in London, UK but love to travel. I enjoy being and working outdoors and love nature, art, music, writing , reading / generally being creative. My biggest passion is the environment / climate activism. I would love to get involved in projects to do with these things and connect with like-minded people.
Whilst travelling I enjoy meeting locals, staying with host families and learning new languages, which is why I joined Workaway.
I am keen to learn more about sustainability, community and activism and would love to exchange ideas and spark new fires :)

I have lived / worked / volunteered in various countries (incl. land conservation volunteering, teaching English in Japan) and I have experience in:
- gardening / outdoor work
- basic DIY (e.g. making shelves, fixing things in the house, upcycling)
- basic sewing / clothes altering (machine and hand)
- cleaning / cooking etc.
- photoshop / art (painting, drawing)
- pet sitting (cats, small animals e.g. hamsters)
- teaching English
- running community events
- music (piano and violin)
I love working in a team, coming up with ideas, making plans and running projects. I love challenging myself and think travelling is the perfect opportunity for this. I am a good communicator, tidy, reliable and responsible. :)

I am passionate about the environment and climate justice. I try and live a simple lifestyle, in a way that is good for the planet. I also like to support local / community organisations and I enjoy volunteering and attending community events.
I would love to learn more about sustainable living, including things such as permaculture, eco-building, foraging etc.
I also like yoga and meditation and would like to improve my skills!
