Heya! I’m Anais from New Zealand, wanting to travel and explore the world. I love the outdoors and have spent my life living and working on farms and in the back country. I’m passionate about holistic agriculture, organic and sustainable farming/ living and creative building. Love to harvest and forage food from the earth wherever possible (keen to learn about local ecologies), and build my relationship to the natural world. All of which are inspired by my love for Mother Nature. What I’m excited to learn more about is the different ways people work together as community and with the land. I like getting my hands dirty and my feet wet and am ready for any sort of work with a can do attitude and loads of enthusiasm.

I get energy from being outside and making connections with new folks.

I eat anything except overripe avocado! Enjoy cooking, basic kiwi grub but tasty!

My experience is :
I grew up on farms, and so have good general handy woman skills, and in communities so have great adaptability and love meeting people.
Helping my dad build fences as well as helping him construct a bush cabin of mostly recycled timber for our family. Id love to learn more building skills and creative construction methods!
Tree planting and pruning, splitting wood, concrete mixing, fix it up, basic joinery, cleaning, shovelling manure, herding cows
Grew up gardening, preserving, foraging, farming and milking cows :))
Some things I do and love are art, singing, hiking, spoon carving, general creativeness, woodwork....
