Hello! A little about me: I am an adventurous person and always willing to try new things. I am eager to experience different lifestyles, meet interesting people, and learn new skills. I am also quite introspective, and enjoy writing and reflecting on my experiences.
I graduated from university with a degree in Applied Linguistics and am now starting to build my life around travel. I have been gaining more experience teaching English, and would like to work as an instructional designer in the future helping create online resources for people interested in language learning. -

Hello, I am interested in practicing my Japanese, and start learning Hungarian. I am an intermediate Japanese speaker and lived in Japan for about 11 months. I have learned some very basic Hungarian, and would love to learn more, so anything you can teach me is awesome! I would love to help you with your English, or if you are also learning Japanese I'm happy to practice together as well! -

I have a degree in Applied Linguistics; focusing on teaching English as a Foreign or Additional Language. I will also get my TESOL certification along with the degree which is in progress now. My first language is English, I know some Japanese, and very basic ASL and French.
I have experience in housekeeping; I worked as a seasonal housekeeper during university for four summers, and was a team lead (worked as one of the leads of a small group of workers and answered directly to the manager). I worked as a housekeeper in a wonderful retreat in Japan as well.
I am also decent writer, have experience in retail, and personal care.
I'm always willing to learn something new! -

Some hobbies outside of what I said already; I love board games, puzzles, and craft projects, and going for walks. I also enjoy partner dancing, yoga, and hiking. Outdoor activities are also something I enjoy; skiing, rock climbing, and camping. I also started to learn how to surf and am eager for the next opportunity! I completed the Ohenro pilgrimage, and have found a love for pilgrimages and long treks and plan to do more in the future.
