I'm biologist and scuba diving instructor. I love outdoor activities, also doing sports as swimming, running, cycling, diving, yoga and gymnastics. Music is part of my life, I can play the piano, mix electronic music as a DJ, do sound journeys and soundhealing and even edit and produce digital audio.
One of my main interests is to share my passion for music and nature with all the people I can, this way helping to raise awareness about our environmental reality and motivate for the action.
Also I'm very concerned about the environmental changes coming in the following decades, so I want to learn and be able to produce my own food in sustainable and healthy ways and be an embassador for more people to do this.
Spiritual development is important for me as it is another dimension in which we all coexist, meditation, sound and reiki are the ways I approach.

I spent a wonderful week and a half with Filipo, Náusica, and Alice. From the very moment I arrived, they welcomed me with open arms, and I instantly felt part of the group. They have a truly special way of bringing people together, creating a space that feels like a big family and a dynamic, diverse, and culturally rich community.
I had the … read more chance to meet many of their friends and easily integrate into their rhythm and lifestyle through the many activities they do. My tasks were varied and included taking care of the animals (making sure they had food and water and checking on the chickens' eggs) arrange firewood, do some transplanting and sowing seeds. I also got to help them prepare the space for the retreat they hosted. It was fun to participate in filming their promotional video and to chat with them about how they develop their business projects. Something I deeply appreciated is how genuinely interested they are in everyone’s unique skills and passions, using that insight to define and coordinate the volunteer tasks. They have a beautiful curiosity and love to learn. Since I am a biologist, they asked me to give them biology classes as part of my volunteering hours. We had a wonderful time doing this, and even their friends who were passing by joined in on our sessions!
But beyond the daily work, we shared so many beautiful moments connecting on a human level. They are incredibly open, honest, and straightforward about how they organize things. They are developing a project that honestly makes you want to join right in, encouraging everyone to unlock their potential and do activities that genuinely align with their lives. It's beautiful to see a community built on collaborative growth, where members support each other and everyone connects at a central point.
With all of them, I was able to dive into truly deep conversations about so many things. As my stay drew to a close, I honestly wanted to extend my time because I was having such a great time and felt so happy and comfortable. On top of that, the house and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful, full of nature and things to do. I really wanted to keep learning from their way of life, but I had to leave due to personal plans. However, I would absolutely love to come back and be part of the community again someday.
This was a truly enriching experience on a cultural, professional, personal, and even spiritual level. Grazie mille Filippo, Náusica and Alice, for this shared beautiful moments and life-changing experience 💚
