Description
Hello! We are Aarke and Emiel, a couple from Belgium.
We've been together for almost two years now and are currently on our one-year-journey. The first couple of months we've been travelling with our van through Europe and it's been an amazing time.
Since the start of August, we're 'workawaying' in Kenya. We will continue our travels through Africa, South- and Central-America.
We are both caretakers for people with diabillities: Emiel works with adults, Aarke with minors. This job gives us a lot of joy because we are actually given an opportunity to make some lives 'better'.
We love to spend time outside: working in the garden, walking in the mountains and sports like soccer (Emiel has been soccercoach), running, horsebackriding..
The time we spent travelling our van, we got a taste of what living in nature can give us and how we absolutely love it!
It motivates us to help people, to achieve goals with eye for detail and to be able to travel while working.
