I’m really happy to have found this platform full of inspiring projects and opportunities to discover new ways of living and working.

I’m Orlane I'm 22, and in my personal life I like simple things: hiking, the mountains, and especially taking the time to enjoy the view (I can spend hours just looking at a landscape 😄). I’m not really into taking risks — I prefer going at my own pace and enjoying the moment.

I read quite a lot, I’m curious, and I like discovering new things. I adapt easily to new situations, and I speak both French and English.

I’m also vegetarian, but open-minded about other way of life : for me, learning how to take care of animals on a farm is a great way to discover a different way of life and understand things from another perspective.

On a more practical side, I’m a hands-on person: I like building things, working outdoors, and staying active. That’s also why I study landscape design, a field that really suits me, especially because I’m quite sensitive to natural environments.

Throughout the whole month of July, I’m doing an internship in Austria in a company that designs and builds gardens, which has already given me some hands-on experience.

I’m always happy to help with projects, whether it’s DIY, gardening, or farm work. I’ll come prepared (safety shoes, work trousers 👷‍♀️) and motivated.

I can also take care of daily tasks like cleaning, cooking, and general organization. I have a BAFA qualification (a French diploma for working with children and teenagers), so I can look after them, even though I personally prefer outdoor and hands-on activities.

And most importantly, I’m a tolerant person: no judgment — everyone moves forward at their own pace, and that’s what matters.

I like working outside and using my hands — I’m not afraid of physical work

I study landscape design, so I have some knowledge about plants and outdoor spaces

I’m currently doing a one-month internship in Austria in a garden company, so I’m already used to working on-site

I can help with gardening, small DIY projects, farm tasks, or general outdoor work

I’m motivated and I like being useful, even for simple tasks

I really enjoy simple, shared moments — like spending evenings together, talking, sharing stories, and getting to know each other’s lives and cultures. For me, these moments are just as important as the work.
I like when things feel easy and friendly: cooking together, having a drink, playing a board game, or just chatting after a day outside. I’m quite easy-going and I enjoy being part of a warm, relaxed atmosphere
