I can´t login because the system is telling me to upgrade to a couple account
Do you have a single account?
Did you apply to a host as a couple or with a friend?
If so our filters probably took your profile offline.
You have two options:
- You can upgrade to a couple account if you ALWAYS travel and volunteer together by following the link in your profile.
- You can get your friend to sign up for their own account and link your profiles to show that you are travelling together for a while.
Alternatively, if you think our system has made a mistake please contact us and we can review your profile for you :)
