  Description

  We are a retired couple ready to welcome young people from all over the world. I enjoy contact and exchanges. If you want to improve your French, discover French culture, then you've come to the right place! My hobbies are gardening, reading, drawing, and especially cooking. I provide tutoring and read at school. My husband is a big DIY enthusiast. I have a lovely little English-style garden, and our house is new. We have two sons and four grandchildren who do not live near us.

  J’aime le contact et les échanges. Vous souhaitez améliorer votre français, découvrir la culture française, alors vous êtes au bon endroit!
  Mes hobbys sont le jardin, la lecture, le dessin, et surtout la cuisine. Je fais du soutien scolaire et vais lire à l’école. Mon mari bricole beaucoup.
  Je possède un joli petit jardin à l’anglaise, notre maison est récente.
  Nous avons 2 fils, 4 petits enfants qui ne vivent pas à proximité de nous.

  I speak French, German, a little English, and Spanish. Communication shouldn't be a problem. I'd be happy to help you improve your French. I'm interested in exploring other cultures and countries.

  Help

  We need help with housework, minor maintenance, and gardening. Nothing complicated or strenuous, so no special skills are required, just a willingness to help and a positive attitude. We only welcome one person at a time. The schedule will be flexible.
  We need someone for two weeks between March 15th and April 4th, 2026, to work in the garden and possibly around the house!
  
  Nous avons besoin d’aide pour des travaux de ménage, petit entretien et jardin. Rien de compliqué ni pénible, il n’y a donc pas besoin de compétences particulières, il vous faut juste de la bonne volonté et avoir une attitude positive. Nous accueillons une seule personne à la fois. Les horaires ne seront pas stricts.
  Nous avons besoin d'une personne pour 2 semaines entre le 15 mars et le 4 avril 2026 pour travailler au jardin et à la maison éventuellement!

  Accommodation

  For accommodation we offer a double bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom upstairs. We do not smoke in the house. All 3 meals will be taken with us. No vegetarian cuisine but it is possible to eat gluten-free. We do not have pets.
  
  Pour le logement nous offrons une chambre lit double avec WC et salle de bain ,indépendants à l’étage. On ne fume pas dans la maison.
  Les 3 repas seront pris avec nous.
  Pas de cuisine végétarienne mais il est possible de manger sans gluten.
  Nous n’avons pas d’animaux.
